I agree, who cares if it is not under water. Actually its a good thing that it is does not capture the "underwaterness" as you put it because it still passes the message on and is more striking!

This is a great ad, too bad some people don't understand it. The message this ad is trying to send it that it makes your shots crystal clear and smooth underwater, as if it were above water.
