I love the photo job, but i don't really see an idea here. A baby porcupine would drill a bottle (with his back) to get the milk? I'm sure the bottle would have fell over anyway. Too forced i think for nothing.

Yes ofcourse, usually the joke never makes sense. All I'm saying is that as a joke it just doesn't convince me that this animals needles could make holes on a bottle (even if i try to imagine this as a cartoon or something). Maybe i do have a poor imagination. but sorry for me this doesn't work. It's nice to see it does for others though.

You seem to have forgotten your basic science. According to the theory of pressure, the lower a hole is, the farther the milk goes out of that hole. Here you have shown it quite opposite. Calgary Zoo people are supposed to have an eye for science. I am surprised that even they missed it.

Depends on how big the hole is.

After the comment of a Phisics Scientist and a blind guy (who can't see ideas) I have to say that I love it.

FER.

If you need a scientist to tell you that, you should go see a doctor first :-)

It's simple and fast. Baby = bottle, holes = porcupines. You'd have to be a moron not to get this.

You'd have to be a moron for explaining this.

If you're capable of reading the previous comments, the explanation almost seemed necessary. Thanks for reminding me that I'm in good company.

I think the idea is fine. Advertising should be witty. Maybe the phisics scientist is right but creative license allow us to do thing beyond logic. As for those blind guys, keep off your feet on advertising. You will ruin the beauty of advertising.

What Jaggy says is right... True, one has to keep in mind the logical points as well... If the art can show more Throw from the top holes, why not from the bottom?...

I mean, going beyond logic should be on awareness of loopholes and not on ignorance of facts...

But, what I love about the ad is, the THOUGHT of bringing in the milk bottle, connecting it to the baby porcupines and the corresponding holes... I thought it was very cute...

And, it is that thinking 'differently' that should get the kudos... My whole hearted appreciations for the creative team...

Guys, even I like the ad very much. All I am saying is that (A GOOD IDEA with RIGHT LOGIC) is better than (A GOOD IDEA with WRONG LOGIC).

If you take a closer look, it actually feels like they formed the milk streams with play-doh!! funny ;-)

i hate it when people over-rationalise a great idea. this is a great idea, plain and simple.

...and for the physics guy, you need to learn that ads are more of metaphors than science. okay?
