Same visual was used for a teeth-whitening chewing gum ad, the guy was holding the chewing gum in his hand. This is k, but it works better there

I want to believe this is some funny homage ad but there's no hint, so I'll assume it's just a ripoff of an ad shot by nadav kander for orbit in 2007. the original was done by Energy BBDO in chicago.

Orbit Whitening Gum in the U.S. had the same print idea. And it made sense with the product.
