Nice ad's but the art direction lets it down. The scene is too contrived but more so because i've seen nice copy 'set' in amongst a scene so many times before it hurts.

I give 6 stars for the overall campaign. A few of these were sub six, a few a bit more...it seems they were close but missed the mark a bit.

i'd like these more if the name of the agency wasn't "ready, break!"

This headline makes me think the guys at Butch Bakery are gay, which if I'm not mistaken, is far from the brand's image.

why is this good? it sure doesn't make me want to visit this bakery, or even eat anything from it

I'm in agreement about the headline, and even the name. Straight men handed a box that said 'butch bakery' would, I imagine, run a country mile before associating themselves with it. But it seems they're not a gay bakery, though still very successful. Really though, they *have* to be aware of the signals all over this campaign. Right?

I'm not sure about the rest of the world but here in Australia butch is usually refering to gay females, not gay males making the copy of this one more odd.
A couple of these were quite witty, but the typography and fake looking cakes let them down in general.
