i like the idea.

but i think the tasks are pretty ordinary and don't quite suit lexus and its market. i know it's implied that you have to be able to afford plane tickets to these countries, but still... elephant ride? camel ride? bungee? would someone accomplished enough or wealthy enough for a lexus have even those in his/her things-to-do-before-i-die list? i think he/she would have been there, done that and more, or would simply be not interested.

(and i thought it was 'bungee.')

Unfortunately this is too clever for its own good in my opinion.

I agree with deep_tracy too that the user and the free offers don't quite match up. In my opinion of course.

Very subtle though.

i think what thy try to say is: regardless of what comes before and after, the moment, right now, u have a half price ticket, pursue that moment... my take on it is that u need to do hell lof of things to pursue it!

Well, I don't think the major objective of this campaing is to make you buy a Lexus.
The true objective is for you to love Lexus and be passionate about the brand.

When you love a brand you're just one step away from buying it, and that's already a huge deal for any kind of brand...

This ad is bullcrap in my opinion anyways, what does it tell me ? to live life to the fullest? There are so many brands telling me that allready , from coke to macD, I'm not going to keep track of them all.
