its supossed to be a really simple idea with a really beautyfull design.

It says fashion. It says sale. And says it interestingly!
it is, it's talking about a discount sale on a fashion shop, that's why the character on the pic is wearing all those layers of clothing, he/she could not resist buying everything.
the word boulevard is misspelled though, unless that's the way it's written in catalan language.
