I do like the attempt to visualize the pain which is felt. It does feel like your stomach's in a knot, so it works in that respect.

I think it would be more effective with normal looking people as opposed to sexy models.

I dislike exactly that. With 3D and retouching a lot of ads seem to be solved by making the problem literally which is not a good solution.
