looks ok but the hand could be a little more clear.
like the art direction but its not giving me the felling of holding a shoe
let the water little more spread behind the shoe (from ankle to bottom)
as far as i know there is no drainage system in dubai. all the waste water and poop is been vacuumed. even if its there i have not seen any manholes in dubai!!! nice thought and art direction though.

are you kidding me? bad art direction. what's the deal with putting the image on a textured card? it looks like the ArtDir just learned how to do that in photoshop and is doing that to probably everything they do.
Yeah, the textured background is totally unnecessary. Probably trying to get the dirty urban/grunge feel to suit the shoe.
