i think this is a brilliant piece...simple...and strong...
what more, this ad has an 'essence of nostalgia' added giving it a flavor of sweetness...connecting the today grown-ups with old day classes...just the two words 'present sir'. well done...

Okay, copywriters out there. Is it "present sir" or "present, sir"? If the latter, the copywriter on this ad just undercut the message off somewhere around the kneecaps.

hi seanmartin, good point...
i think, both r correct in its own way...

but recalling the old days i would say 'present sir'. this is because while responding in the classroom, we didn't take a pause and 'present sir' just resembles that tone... thus, it easily relates to the TG...
i think, the nostalgia appeal is intact in the matter...
