Those dash lines are for surgery or what? Why they look like dumbbell set?

Yeah, then I think they may want to write that INTO the ad. Because that's a bit of a stretch. No pun intended.

I guess they are trying to say gym and dumbbells could be a substitute for surgery. So yes, it is a bit of a stretch.
Gym instead of surgery. Nice idea. Fast too. But the photo could have taken it to greater hights.
