I think it's a brilliant concept - the message is clear, you might as well look your best as your privacy is violated, because one way or the other it IS going to be violated. So to all the negative-Nellys out there...
I really don't see how else they could have worked the graphic - the point is for it to look like a full-body scan image after all, isn't it? What would you do different?
