I think this is an admirable ad.

I'll take a bit of exception to the "...sounds like it was written in a high school english (sp) class..."

Methinks the author(s) were directing 'language' to the audience for which this ad may have been intended.

Given its size, I'm thinking metro-newspaper somewhere. The straightforward, simplistic, and not-cute message was aptly done.

The tag is nice as well, although, if indeed placed/printed in newspaper, I'm wondering if it was legible.

I'd like to know what sort of spike in donations were shown after this ad's run had concluded.
