first i thought it was like a swim suit ad, then i read the copy and thought that this was a mutated person due to biological hazards in pools. Then finally I saw the other ad they made and understood the hyper transparent water magnification idea... Awful execution!

these people are clearly standing and walking, which nobody does this way in a pool.

Partly because the completely white background is throwing us off. WAY off.
The problem here is yes, that's a cool effect. But you're going to get that even if your pool water is dirty. That effect is not inherent only to clean water. Which makes me say "so what!"

oooooh, i finally figured it all out! the distortion of the water causes her booty to be that big! same with the male figure. the head is considerably smaller in proportion to the rest of his body. terribly terribly executed. bah.

Client must have told them about the product that keeps the pool water clean...
Understanding strategy properly by everybody in the team is very very important... I can show this to my students as a good example of How a USP of a client which is actually saleble, can be destroyed by (Un)creative agency... I feel really bad for that client!
