Below average concept. Art really sucks, must have been done bypeople who just started working on photoshop.

I quite like it, but think your line of "Big game poke. Anyone can win" would have made a better tagline.

I think they were confused, this belongs to Sketches of the World.

Think it for a while.
Then, in anytime, it will come to your mind as an idea.

Photoshop airbags need to get over it ... cool concept and great art. If you think advertising is all about the execution and less about the result you will never be anything more than a mouse jockey. I like this ad and I am willing to bet it gets some play.

YES! Thank you!
I'm constantly arguing with designers too big for their boots about this.
There needs to be a good concept to art balance, of course - but it means NOTHING if the message isn't clear.

The message here is clear. I personally like it.

Great art?! You gotta be kidding! Nowadays, ideas are all about concept AND execution. The execution is part of the result. Pay little attention on the details, dude! The retouch is awful.

Think it for a while.
Then, in anytime, it will come to your mind as an idea.

I think what he/she is trying to say is that sometimes the concept out-weights the execution.
Could the art be better? Yes
Does it take away from the over-all effect to audience? Not in this case.

Most people are not graphic designers/artists.
And the clients satisfaction is dependent on sales. I think this will work wonderfully.

One of the most important element of poker is bluff, and this ad is exactly about it. I like it!

Ad_Man is absolutely right. Good advertising is about both concept and execution. I think this idea deserved a professional retoucher.

LOVE this ad. Retouching is ordinary - but as if they're gonna shoot it for real in Africa! Cool.

It's such a rip-off. The original is from a russian photographer Fiero Animal (fieroanimals.com). It's an auto-promo they made this summer. And their version as very good retuching. It's part of a serie of 3 that should be highlight in Ads of the word instead of this bad copy.

OH GOODNESS! I'm ready to hurl. The idea is below student standards and the artwork is just plain horrible.
