That was already done (and quite flawessly for TV by Telecom in Argentina).
Also, thisone is not clear, because the play while talking in the telephone is quite outdated (its more related with the cord phone where you couldnt move arround and you had to stop doing your shit to talk) and also no one marks the sheet of paper like this.
Plus COME ON!!!!!! the color doesnt match the bla bla bla color.... is easy to strap the mouse to a monkeys hand for an hour and then put the BIC logo, bla bla bla....
