Ahahaha I think it is cute to take such a globally important issue and translate it in a way that works with that demographic.

Unfortunately I doubt they will continue on and look into the actual dilemma.

Instead they may just stock up on leather protecting products.

Well I do like the idea. Not sure if it's really effective, as I don't really see the shoes, but I do kudos them for actually trying to make something creative :)

And yes I understand, not seeing the shoe IS the idea but, that doesn't take away that the shoe IS the product. Advertising is an art but it's also part of marketing.

This doesn't even make sense at first and even if you mull over it for a little while and it begins to even make an inkling of sense, you think, "Who cares?" This ad achieved nothing.
