I was thinking the same thing upon seeing this... still, it's a far fetched assumption and associating decay with worms is pretty basic.
Still, I hate the fact that every "social" ad has to be shocking to some extent.
So are the worms eating with a rake or fork? pretty nice though.

There are two kinds of people in the world; people who like mustangs (cool people) and people who like camaros (idiots).
quality of illustration is excellent
but idea seems a bit comical, i mean, who is bothered for afterlife (tho I agree idea is not 100 wrong, but i feel it pretty comical)
specially if this ad has to run in india, where largely (at least 50% if not more) bodies are cremated, not graved, it doesn't evoke in that manner
but still, I appreciate the courage of 1pointsize, they did nice work, specially nice illustration
