nice not bad.. muah muah i love india
hey india lover... could you explain the ad to me.. couldnt get it!! :\
I didnt understand also.
just arrived...boxes like high rise buidings. New apts.
objects shot to make them look like something else. enough already. over and over and over we see it here.
Yeah, but this is a property ad. It deserves an award for not containing the following words. "exclusive", "lifestyle" "heart of the city" or "privilege". In fact, there's even a chance that this ad stemmed from a real brief. Incredible as that may sound...
i won't buy a property cause of this ad... dunno others
ARE YOU FROM SERVICING OR MARKETING???...
I DON'T KNOW WHY SERVING GUYS WASTE THEIR MIND AND TIME ON CRITICIZING CREATIVE ADVTS? THEY DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH GREY CELLS TO UNDERSTAND CREATIVITY.
yea the boxes are packed just like wen u move in or out of some place u pack everything in boxes... and they r arranged in such a manner that they look like buildings...
hey, u hav not got the idea behind this packs..... i m sure. 7 then too u like it...ha ha ha....Gr8!!!!
A forced concept ('Just arrived' - gimme a break) executed in a predictable way. It might be good for the category, but it's bad for my eyes and brain.
nice. but the art direction could have done better.
this razer sharp angles dsnt create soft corners at all. there is very good campaign for safal developers, ahmedabad done by mudra-ahmedabad
whats so great about these ads. if boxes shot like buildings was the idea, the execution atleast cud have been much better. These ads were created simply by slapping images found on indexstock with a logo n some copy. Wonder what came first here, the images or the idea?! Can't figure what made Ads of.. put it on ther front page??
Doesn't really make me run to buy a flat. That's the problem with this ad. It may be good for the category but it will be unsuccessful. I guess most, maybe even everyone, wants to see how property looks like and won't bother looking it up someone who advertises with crates.

i am confused. what is this ad saying?????
kapil paaji thodu!
maybe should have said 'world class living'?
I like the ad. It certainly stands out in this category, in India. While I agree it doesn't make me run to buy a flat, it does position Unitech somewhere in the mind. So it works at a brand level, no question.
Will it win an award? Not sure, but that's not the point.
The point is, most mainstream agencies stop short here - the ads that need to sell are given to some second or third team, sometimes a trainee.
