Nope. Actually it is so hard to believe that somebody is so stupid when copying an idea that (s)he leaves all details just as they are. So I went with the coincidence theory. But I admit chances are very very low and I was judging too fast.
Seriously, of course there might be people coming up with SIMILAR ideas (concepts, really), but I don't think there is much discussion about this here. The two images are clearly too alike for them to be two separate creative ideas. You could put them next to each other and see how they are almost exactly the same, except for the filled cups. No need to defend stealing someone else's creativity without shame and claiming it is yours.
Besides, if the idea was truly theirs, the "creators" or JWT would have already made a public comment about it and dismantled any allegations. I rest my case.
