BBC World: Citizens/Criminals

I'm all for people coming into the country...but sign the guest book for crying out loud! People always complain about health care costs and dwindling resources in education - illegal immigrants put a strain on the entire system. Not only that, what about the hundreds of thousands who apply thru the proper channels. How fair is it to them to simply allow everyone to come across with no papers, no background checks, no screening? No thank you. America was founded during a very different time, and we have to adapt. Stop the bleeding and build the fence, then deal with the illegals.
