i don't quite understand all the joy about this ad. but hey, if you all like it, fine.
i don't.
so easy to think of... more energy = flashlight + strong light = batman sign.
how hard can it be???
yawnnnnnnn.

Well, for starters, you could drop the name. That's copyright infringement, i think, cos if i remember correctly... that was the name of an American film...

Guys like you make me sick. You condemn ads without just cause... and when asked to explain yourself, you condemn the person who asked you. It's so easy for you to think this up, isn't it? Well, hows about suggesting a different direction for the ads then? How would you have done it?

Do that, and maybe then your vocal chords would have some meaning for their existence.

Bullshit.

What's your problem? some will like it some not. but i guess no one thinks it's exeptional. I agree with me myself an irene. this is very standard thinking.

Guess if placed in cinemas at a new Batman premiere its quite good but now it's just sort of "so what" for me

My problem, nerd, is that too many folks on this site blatantly tear down concepts without as much as giving a reason why! It makes me wonder where the real professionals are???

You have given me a reason which makes a lot of sense... i wouldn't castigate you for rubbishing an ad with good reason. But as for the rest of them, they only pass across the message that they're jealous and probably wished they could have thought of it themselves. That in itself is rubbish, and folk like that should be outlawed and banished from this community.

Castigate, outlawed, banished? Did you just come from the 12th century? Let people have their reasons for not liking something and as a 'real professional' you should know this has been done before and that the idea is not very original anymore. People don't have to explain themselves to you and the suggestion that people should be removed from this community for not telling why they don't like something is completely inane.

"brainsurgeon" should make something about his own brain, kris...
he's using AOTW web instead of paying for some psychiatric sessions.

this thing about castigate, outlaw, banish, all this shit, is obviously coming from a sick mind. poor guy. he must be very unhappy.

dear "brand surgeon" (hahahahhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa):

"Well, for starters, you could drop the name. That's copyright infringement, i think, cos if i remember correctly... that was the name of an American film..." oh my god.
maybe you could drop yours first, cos if i remember correctly... that is a profession that just INTELLIGENT people can afford. which is obviously not your case.

maybe if you look at some more ads here and really READ my comments, you would see that 99% of them are doing exactly what you ridiculously "suggest" me to do. i'm not the kind of person who goes around just making comments in other people's comments, like you do.
i know exactly why i like or i don't like all the ads in this web, and i write about it.
if what i said about this one is not enough for you, it's REALLY not my problem.

by the way, try hard not to repeat bullshits like:
"outlawed and banished from this community" : because it's ridiculous.
"maybe then your vocal chords would have some meaning": we are WRITING here, not talking, in case you didn't notice.

Moron. When you turn 30 come back and try to say something intelligent if you want.

Batman is "old news?" That's like saying Spiderman isn't relevant. Have you seen the revenue from these comic book movies/merchandising?

I like the idea that the bat signal came from a flashlight. Takes me back to the days of watching Commissioner Gordon struggle with his sexuality while staring at Adam West in man-panties.

This is an ad for a powerful torch - not a battery.

Energizer batteries might make it last longer, but not shine brighter.

Start again.

execution by maglite was simple, with the batman symbol projected onto the clouds and the maglite logo on bottome corner.
