The expressions on the people's faces are such if they were 'hearing' the crash, and the blood is, pardon my language, icing on the cake.
I believe the expressions and the body language in this campaign are much like that those of the person on the other end actually involved in the crash. So they are bearing the brunt of the accident emotionally just as much as the other person will have physically. its like showing the person in the crash as well as the effect it has on the person on the other end of the phone

Only one issue from my perspective. You given punch line for this ad "Don't talk while he(male) drives". But how to define that she is only talking to his husband(male), person could be sister, mother or etc.
But overall its very effective.
