I get the idea, which is not bad, but the copy somehow doesn't live up to it. And the art looks a lot like the Diesel's "stupid" campaign: http://adsoftheworld.com/media/print/diesel_jeans_be_stupid_40

it's only an issue because it's a reference of something you already saw.

That is maybe the weakest point, the resemblance to Diesel's "stupid" campaign, though they came out almost at the same time. This campaign, too, is about stupid people, but with the opposite message. All in all, a good way of promoting a "different" kind of travel agency. Like it
