i love the photo and art direction. but the message for this one is not as sharp. writing something on the wall can be interpreted a copywriter or a typographer not an art director as is. i would recommend to change to a typographer to cover different professions in 3 ads.

by the way, the fat woman on the far corner is not needed. she distracts the focus from the drunk simbol.

personally don't like this as well.

similar to the previous ad 'office', the lighting here is wrong. and the photoshop/retouching skills need to be improved.
at one look you'll realize both the lamp posts are of the same identical one.
from the angle of the shot, both lamp post should not look like the way it is being presented here because both lamp post look exactly the same.
its a direct flip. (look closely at the lamp post nearer to you, the top right lamp's right-sided window panel is exactly identical to the one on the further lamp post's top left lamp's left-sided window panel.

and judging by the way the lighting is being cast onto the building and the policeman, and the shadow of the highlighter/policeman/further lamp post, the ad suggested that the light source is somewhere on the far right of the road, and so the highlight of the further lamp post should be on the right or more to the centre, but because the lamp post is a direct flip of the lamp post in front, the lighting is therefore wrong.
