I think the concept is a bit backwards.
The toothbrush is trapping the trapped food? The food is already trapped.
I would rather see the release of the trapped food communicated.

I agree. Some people try to read too much into this stuff. It's just advertising!!

These ads work very well. They catch your attention and relay a simple message that is relevant to the product. Excellent work.
