I think the concept is a bit backwards.
The toothbrush is trapping the trapped food? The food is already trapped.
I would rather see the release of the trapped food communicated.

These ads work very well. They catch your attention and relay a simple message that is relevant to the product. Excellent work.

I agree with WillBuller as well. fresh perspective yes - unfortunately the headline's a bit misleading. Makes me think it keeps the trapped food,well...trapped
