art direction is excellent but the copy sucks.
the line is really good.
but if you will ask smokers do they feel like they are committing suicide... most probably you will get some joke in return :) and that's all.
This is tough area - a lot of anti smoking ads have really nice ideas, but mostly it just does not work for the smokers.
But - on the other hand, this may work for people who was thinking about stating to smoke.. may be.

This is a great, powerful, iconic image and ad. True the head usually hangs forward--That's all you have as a critique? C'mon! Try and focus on the big idea (and beautiful execution) or don't bother cramming up the boards...

or no headline at all. It works fine with just the visual.
