sadly rediff is one agency that doesn't need the tag "plagiarist". they have enuf balls to create great stuff. i vouch for it.
this is one case of genuine coincedence. or else nobody took careafter the idea was heard and execution started. in that case my sympathies to the guy who cameup withthe idea. he/she will get scarred for life.

good concept, nice execution, simple layout but yes..a better copy would have been an add on...means 'careful' takes the fun out of the job...it's usually out of 'carefree' experiments that a great creative idea is born especially in the world of creativity, not to mention the others. Good visual impact though...and about the copy issue..creativity is all about crossroads!
