Visual doesn't say a thing about the idea. Every ad with a brown dirty paper in the background is not great.

Actually the fly and the copy underneath are unnecessary. It does not add to the emotional response. It only dilutes, by splitting the attention. Place the calf on the optic center of the page and the copy should read
LIFESPAN:5 DAYS?
(agree with Jaggy- can do without the dirty background)

Lifespan 5 days as in she'll be dead in 5 days? Or is she alive for only 5 days since birth?
The comparison of lifespans is unneccessary. The calf's lifespan alone is enough information to catch a reader's attention.
