Not really, I think the ad is not bad at getting the message across. It's just bad at doing that convincingly.

At first glance it looks like a photograph. Nice illo: eye catching.
Ogilvy? God, this is bad, really bad. First idea.
At first look it seems that the biker is somewhere in air. I also think the message is not present in the illustration clear enough. What a biker has to do to be noticed? Eat an wonderland cookie?
A bit too much to be honest. There are other ways bikers can be noticed. I would like something like flying from one building roof to another.
