two chairs are ok, but the shoes. They are adult.
Maybe they are so poor the kid has to wear his father's old shoes. Just an interpretation.
maybe he wanted to show that kids in these countries always wear clothes adults left.
@ TAKYUZ: It's exactly what I was going to say.
exactly, execution is a crime
the children who are executed are not 5 years old. its funny to expect them to wear children shoes.
I believe tallness is not the correct way to show that he/she's a kid. Unless the kid is 5 years old. In every country, most of 15 year olds are taller than 50 year olds. Once again, "short" does not mean "children".
Agree.

That's a guy up there. Not a kid. Unless he's Yao Ming's kid.
i think it makes sense. there might be a connection between tallness and being kid. It might be better if the style of the shoe is more younger, such a sport shoe.
The shoes don't look like teen's either. Must be execution error.
shoes man shoes!
maybe wrong photo angel...
Could be without pants and thinner legs in that shoes.
Execution needs improvement..
is it suicide or execution ?
There's nothing creative about this ad. It's just stating a fact: Children are being executed, then showing a picture of someone (a child) about to be hung. Where's the creative? Where's the big idea? Where's the concept?
I agree that shoes and pants don't look like children's clothes.
I understand that in most countries 15 y old kids are tall and wear older people stuff, but we are speaking to people of our areas and a lot of them will think that it's an adult on the chear.
Casting and clothes don't work
the two stools work perfecly
Nice ad, I think he should be wearing kids shoes for quicker read, regardless of the fact that he probably wears adult shoes because he's poor.
The idea is still there
Living in Africa I can tell you that the conditions force children to wear whatever worn out stuff handed down to them from older siblings or parents. So it's really not surprising that the pants and shoes look adult. More importantly the idea is solid and communicates the strife in the said places as well...
Kes kon sen fou de ses chaussures! tout un débat pour ça... MDR
To me this looks like a kid commiting suicide and wearing adult shoes. Not clear at all.
creative itself offensive

I think the thing is that even children's shoes are worn out because they don't usually buy new shoes appropriate for their age. They either use their parents' shoes, or get (or even steal) worn shoes. Or maybe this young guy was executed for robbing or killing a man and taking his clothes, cs he had nothing to wear. In fact, you need to have experience to start making really good ads. The main idea of this ad is I think to urge people to vote for amnesty for juvenile delinquents, as they have really hard life and don't deserve execution.
