I like them all,nothing great, but nice and simple. The illustrations remind me the Honda campaign by Villarosàs that win the gold lion last year. However, at the end is the same client.

To me personally, this is a great creative opportunity completely squandered. I admit, I don't know the brief, but you've got the whole SoCal culture to make fun of combined with the drama of the marathon race.
It's a nice looking billboard or a poster, but absolutely nothing noteworthy in terms of creative thinking... That's all.
Make the logo bigger , make the logo as big as you can ! :)
