This is a totally valid way to communicate the message. The benefit is implicit; use the air freshener so you can sit IN the car.

Promoting the negative rather than selling the positive - eye-catching execution. I'd prefer to see a bunch of fliwers dring and the line reversed. 'Let good scents drive the car'.
