Why all these praises???
I would say this is so poor Art Direction! They do not have even the basic light sense.
Look at the shadow on the roof top and the shadow of the Anchor.
And how come the blue sky reflects on the Anchor?? Just to make it look dramatic???

Sure it is the point. You said that you wish all the ads had the same perspective. What kind of formula is that? Every ad needs ultra low and wide angle perspective to be good? THAT'S the point.
I agree this is the strongest visually, and it really carries the idea.
This one wins it all. Great work. Flawless art direction.
