I’d give you BOTH for the price of one, but I’ll just explain the ad

This is an ad for a brand name consultant.

“It’s all about the name”.

We as customers, consumers as well as ad people know how powerful a name can be.
We insist on buying brand names because all the *perceived* added benefits the brand gives us. We were raised and educated to believe in “the name”. I am sure you know that.

So in order to distinguish yourself from the herd, is by choosing the right name.

After all, a shoe is a shoe (they’re ALL made in the same factory by some sweet little Vietnamese ladies working 14 hours a day) but you know there is a world of *perceived* difference between Nike and AbuAli sportswear. :-)

Albert Dali wants you to hire him because he thinks he can take the nucleus of an idea, common to other products, and make it stand out. For this reason, your product “matures”, becomes distinguished and in demand.

These “challenged” illustrations undermine the confidence he hopes to instill in potential clients.

It is way too much. i get the idea but i think it's not about brand name..
it's more about how to make a small thing to become something big or new.
why not playing with word..

Never send a piece of clip art to do an illustrator's job.

Well I think some of the ads here for this campaign do not work at all.
