This is not very pretty. The choice of the photographer can be better.
But i think it's a good campaign.
Couldn't agree more. Also the layout is not as strong as it could be. The "idea" is too close to the payoff line so you don't get that natural pause created from moving your eyes across the page.
Strongly reminds me of quite a recent campaign in the Netherlands about alcohol abuse amongst children.

It's very similar visually - but can't tell if it's doing the hangover thing or not (no speak a da dutch).
The art direction could be tweaked, but all in all a solid good idea. Nice.

It's not the hangover thingy; the slogan sort of says: "Prevent alcohol from damaging your growing child". (do speak a da Dutch)

Did some nice radio but most of the press/outdoor was done before I arrived.
It was deep etched shots of beer/wine/sprits etc with punchy one-liners
(eg. pic of wine - 'displays deep social overtones with a hint of social abuse')
the kind of stuff you have to do with a budget of $3.50.
You would not believe the tiny amouns of money we make ads for over here.
Very hard sometimes when you are so constricted.
Just got a 30 sec TVC approved for a budget less than the agency spends on beer in a month!
