I don't understand the artwork, may be cultural though. I just don't get it and it looks a bit psychotic. It doesn't look like something I would want to have anything to do with.

nah...he's a mechanic in a garage for car repairs. and these guys mostly are found under cars doin sumthin or the other, tryin 2 fix cars...hence the posture!
