Remove the plate and I'll give you 10/10.
I think plate is on place
Like it ^^
Go Younha!!!
7/10 but you`re right: the plate makes it bad
Without the plate, the spaghetti might look like bloody twine. Though, with the plate, the concept is being force-fed. (No pun intended.) It's a cute idea. Very Disney's Lady and the Tramp. The art direction could be better if the plate were more implied and less obvious.

On left and right you need to imagine a guy and a girl.
... texting to each other in a restaurant, sitting at the same FUCKIN' table!!!
Arrrrrgh! Kids...
Erm, what if it's a guy and a guy?
Add insult to injury then burn the candle at both ends.

i agree, plate can be out of scene. especially a dinner itself on a plate looks before eating.

Actually, it's on June, 12th.
And this ad is 7,5/10.

I agree that the plate more obvious than the idea although it's nice idea.
Good reference. Would work without the plate. But it would be harder for non-advertising-people.
