Not digging the visual.

The way the lung has been constructed would have been better if it was the "business end" that was on the outside all-over, hiding the filters.

That way it represents the risk more accurately.

The burnt spot can spread more realistically. Would look lovely as TV. Time lapse of the lung turning to ash, with an urn or something to catch it at the end.
