it means eatables can trouble you through gas.
but visual ts giving wrong impressions as tablet is stuck at the opening from where the gas has to be released..

Looking at this ad I get a feeling that if I avoid this tablet then i can release gas. Or this tablet is holding the gas inside.

the visual is made from balloon material...so after pin the balloon the air inside the balloon get released....that indicates released gas from stomach......long process to understand...lol
