No need for any special Photoshop effects a la http://adsoftheworld.com/media/print/samusocial_asphaltisation_3. The abject poverty is palpable, the copy is good, and the CTA is there. Good job.
the copy is bad. the punctuation is non-existant, although it needs one. the line is way too long. its awkward and clumsy. it should be clear, powerful and sharp.
