there is a cold storm approaching, some of you will not make it out alive, and when it is all over the question will remain, what do you think of the ad? now, if you will excuse me, i need to find some popcorn

I don't think it's hard to convince this sort of men to buy a condom. Anyway – good campaign. Like it much. Simple and well art directed.

Priests already buy condoms. (Altar boys and such)

That's nice of them to protect the innocent. ;)

Barreto's picture

Actually, it think it's too demonstrative. The idea was "people with stuff they usually wouldn't buy" and there's nothing added to it in the execution.

They could have put the priest in front of a condom vending machine, for instance.

Jesus, what is it with this "people with stuff they usually wouldn't buy" or "advertising lies" comments in here. I mean, isn't it clear what these are saying? Good advertising will sell products in markets that are less likely to buy them. C'mon peeps.

I find Barreto's execution idea funnier than what has been done. It's more graphic. I get the idea of these ads, and I like it. But I think the execution is too plain and boring.

You're correct to say that "Good advertising will sell products in markets that are less likely to buy them". But it doesn't take the fact out that it good advertising also makes people buy what they usually won't buy. Don't judge so fast, STRTLRS.

I really don't like this campaign. None of it offends me but I just think its lazy.

We're going to need more lube.

when you talk about religion, serious problems, its difficult to be a unanimous ad... but, if we let this things beside, its a nice ad... At least its a different tought. I like it.
