Interesting, but unless the billboard is on a high-traffic corner and the offer gets changed every half an hour I don't see how the idea really is brought to life...

Who's that guy? Someone from the agency? The company? Are they changing the message? How often? This images says nothing. Also, what if someone tags that board? Not working for me.
