something like this with some details shouldnt be hanged as an outdoor, wont be recognized thou, so i see this is a waste of money and time, not working

can't say there is a call to action. so what. what's next? say/ do something to the poor people from china, not london. check your creative brief, section target audience. it's not those who create it. it's those who write the brief or order the agency. agree! it's a WASTE of money.
burying the website seems natural for an art director to do but if i can't understand what the hell i'm supposed to do about it, i can't get to doing what the hell i'm supposed to do about it.
