This is a public service message by RedBull to keep in mind the social responsibility while riding crazily. Actually, Bike Rider flung mud on disabled person which is against of his/her social responsibility. Did you get?

it's mud splatter made by a dirt bike.... I don't know where they got that much mud from the streets unless the biker ran over a porta-potty first. The ad needs tweaking.
Where is the connection between the city scramble and the ides? Unless i'm missing the idea, shouldn't that red bull logo and city scramble decal been on the wall alongside the image?
