LOL. Nice.
For locals, this has extra significance btw. The hole shows a development that was very unpopular with local residents: a big retail / high-density residential development in a quaint area with 'cool' strips shops and once-falling-down but now damn pricey villas and cottages.
Land developers are generally thought of as blood suckers anyway and no one was very sad when the developers got into trouble and the project run out of money and stopped work. Many think it's just a pity it happened after they demolished the old building and dug a big hole.
Suggesting it was halted because it was a vampire lair would have many locals nodding in agreement. "See, I knew it."
btw, despite being first poster and praising the ad, I am not associated with FCB. Though I do know one of the creatives on the list, and did used to live within coo-ey of the site in question.
