Didn't this concept go up yesterday, but for Cannon or something?

Yes.
That Canon ad won silver lion in Press. And this one won a bronze lion in Outdoor.

The same year?

Isn't there some sort of rule about "same concept" entries?

They're both ok, just seems weird that they would both be up at the same time for different clients.

Can we not look into the actual dynamics of OIS this has nothing to do with it. Having a fast shutter speed is what would capture a moving subject with precision.

OIS is for people who fail to hold a camera steady and has little to do with what is ACTUALLY MOVINGING the frame.

It sad to see two agencies failed to step beyond this idea.

It really makes me wonder why its so hard to get a job in this industry.

Dude... most consumer folks don't really go deep into the technology.

This ad conveys the desired end state in a single frame, and that's it.

You could also see it as an 'if you don't use an OIS, you'd have to pose your model like this to get a good picture'.

Well maybe it just doesn't work for you.

Isn't it the other way around?!?!?! The hand of the photographer gets stabilized, not the image.
