Good point. Tricky truth though is that people tend to react harder to images of plight, triggers of the 'caring response', for want of a better term. Showing a happy granny, unfortunately, could lose that part of the audience who could feel "well, she looks happy already, she doesn't need my help."

The font is just horrible to read and is trying to hard to appeal to a 20s something demographic.

Okay, this is horrible, i agree. I'm 20 something, and a happy granny would make me happy. Why not show how happy my donation can make them?
