I have my N95 screen with almost all my fingerprints although it is not a touch screen. :) These ads are nicely done.

It's great, but I have seen something similar for the iPhone with thumbprints. Don't have a link though.

liked the idea but found a detail missing....the finger prints are of thumb shown in the ad, but generally people use index finger to touch, never seen anyone using thumb..

Speaking of fingerprints, the photography is being held, not simply touched, so the index fingerprints could go behind the paper. :-p As previous post says, it doesn't matter.

what paper? It's an iPhone ad! People using an iPhone tend to hold the phone and use their index finger to navigate. I disagree that the fingerprints are too subtle though...the photo draws one into the ad like ants on sugar and creates a question as to why there are fingerprints on the face of the ad, it is only when one reads the one line of body copy does it become overly apparent that this is an iPhone being held to look at the news on this channel.

Clever use of fingerprints. Honestly, they could be even more subtle.

Shocking imagery.
