You’re wrong. This ad is not « done » before. The student ad is a fictitious ad with no controllable publishing date, no client, no real existence. You don’t even know which ad came first (« posted » date unequal « published » date).
Nobody stole nobody’s work. The product is strong (i-phone) and inspired the same thinking (and the same good – but not great - idea) to an agency and to a student the same year. The student rushed to internet to post his image, the agency didn’t do so. The site published cannes festival results and here we are.

Thank u for analyzing me and my smiles , well U R WRRRONG! the ad is on this site published long time before cannes festival and the thing is that if anyone from the cannes jury saw this ad on the site the prize would have been far away from them . And shame on me that i didn't saw ur answer sooner, cause I enjoy to answer on such manipulative GUESTS like u r. U say same year :))) 12 months is obviously short for u. and if u think they deserve a lion U r also a guest in this business in a way... Any way its just another lion too keep some chair for a while.. Students have their time, I hope they will learn this lesson and will not repeat it when their time comes.
